1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MeaMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Prohibited Content & Listings

We target the Arabian Gulf market and strictly comply with the local regulations and laws of the GCC countries. The listing of the following items is strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives of all types.
• Pornographic material, nudity, or listings violating Islamic values and public modesty.
• Political content, sectarianism, or anything inciting discrimination or social unrest.
• Drugs, narcotics, alcohol, and unauthorized pharmaceutical products.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen properties, or any listings violating intellectual property rights.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you publish in your listings. You agree not to mislead buyers and to act in good faith.

4. Ad and Account Termination

MeaMart reserves the right to remove any violating listings immediately without prior notice, and block the phone numbers of repeat offenders.

5. Limitation of Liability

MeaMart is a connecting platform between sellers and buyers. We do not inspect the listings and are not responsible for any financial disputes, quality issues, or fraudulent behavior. We recommend meeting in public places and inspecting items before payment.

6. Ad Expiration & Promotion Policy

To ensure platform effectiveness and up-to-date content, the following expiration policies apply:

• Free/Regular Ads: Valid for one week (7 days) only from the publication date, after which they expire and disappear automatically.
• Featured/Paid Ads: Valid for a full month (30 days) to maximize visibility and potential sales.
